About Jack D. Schwager, the author

Mr. Schwager is the author of several highly regarded financial publications and a well-known industry expert in futures and hedge funds. Market Wizards (1989), The New Market Wizards (1992), Stock Market Wizards (2001), Hedge Fund Market Wizards (2012), The Little Book of Market Wizards (2014), and Unknown Market Wizards (2020) are among his best-selling interviews featuring the top traders and hedge fund managers of the past three decades.

In 2017, a revised edition of his 1984 debut book, A Complete Guide to the Futures Markets, was released. Among his other writings are the compilation of financial myths Market Sense and Nonsense (2012) and the three-volume series Schwager on Futures, which includes Fundamental Analysis (1995), Technical Analysis (1996), and Managed Trading (1996). In addition, he wrote Getting Started in Technical Analysis (1999), which is a part of the well-liked Getting Started series by John Wiley.
